UK Delivery

Standard Delivery Costs :

  • - Free Delivery on orders over £75;
  • - For orders below £75, delivery to anywhere in the UK is £3.95.

All our packages are tracked meaning deliveries require a signature. It is therefore crucial that you provide the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable).

Dispatch:

Orders will be dispatched once:

  1. - Full payment has been approved;
  2. - Your delivery address has been verified.

Delivery Times:

For orders placed before 1pm on weekdays, delivery should be within 5 working days. This applies only to items clearly marked as In Stock and Available for Immediate Dispatch.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands .

International Delivery

Lemonlu London offers the following International Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery - European Union

  • A flat rate of £8.95 applies to all deliveries in the EU, irrespective of order value.
  • Our larger items cannot be shipped internationally without prior agreement from the team. Please contact us if you would like to discuss shipping arrangements for large items.

Deliveries will take 7 to 10 working days and are fully tracked, provided we have received the full and complete delivery address (including company name where applicable).

Standard Delivery - Worldwide

  • A flat rate of £16.95 applies to all deliveries outside the EU, irrespective of order value.
  • Our larger items cannot be shipped internationally without prior agreement from the team. Please contact us if you would like to discuss shipping arrangements for large items.

Deliveries will take 7 to 10 working days and are fully tracked, provided we have received the full and complete delivery address (including company name where applicable).

Lemonlu London is not responsible for any Customs Charges that may be applied. Clients ordering from outside the EU must accept full responsibility for Customs Charges themselves.

Exchange & Returns

We undertake to provide only goods of the highest quality. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be unsatisfactory, faulty or defective. In such cases, we offer a full refund or exchange, provided that the goods are safely returned to us within 28 days of receipt of the original package.

Please note that we only refund postage costs in the case of faulty or defective goods, provided these are flagged to us within a reasonable period following receipt of the items in question.

Instructions for Returns:

  1. - Email returns@lemonlulondon.com for a Returns/Exchange Form;
  2. - Complete the Returns/Exchange Form noting the reason for return (in case of defective goods). Please retain a copy for your reference;
  3. - Return the package by Recorded Delivery or Courier to: Lemonlu London – E&R;

Instructions for Exchanges:

  1. - Please follow the above Instructions for Returns AND;
  2. - Clearly specify the Product Name & Product Code of any replacement goods on the Returns/Exchange Form.

Please ensure you do return the package by either Recorded Delivery or Courier. Lemonlu London Ltd cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Please also remember that exchanges are subject to availability. We will contact you immediately should the item you require be out of stock.

Order Cancellation

Lemonlu London Ltd offers all clients the possibility of cancelling orders provided this takes place prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, you must follow the Exchange & Returns Instructions listed above.

Lost & Damaged Goods

To ensure our goods reach clients in good order, Lemonlu London Ltd dispatches all packages by Courier.

In the event that goods arrive damaged please follow the Exchange & Returns Instructions listed above. Please note that we only refund postage costs in the case of faulty or defective goods, provided these are flagged to us within a reasonable period following receipt of the items in question.

In the event the goods do not arrive please either email info@lemonlulondon.com or phone 0845 060 8899 clearly stating the Order Number provided in your Order Confirmation Email. We will endeavour to find out from the Courier Company what has happened to your goods.
