We particularly love this selection of PVC goods designed by Lebanese designer Peggy Raphael Dabar. Lebanon is constantly changing and many of the beautiful old buildings from which she draws inspiration are being replaced by modern apartment buildings. Her designs are a reminder of the beautiful heritage of this spectacular, complicated Mediterranean country.

Centuries of migration and cultural interaction, make the task of determining henna's exact origin difficult. However henna has been used for at least 5,000 years to protect from misfortune. This natural colouring plant is called by Moroccans "paradise Leaf" since when applied it is a message of love, an invitation for pleasure and happiness.
